Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund. This policy applies to new accounts only, and does not cover renewals or additional services such as domain registration fees.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services such as domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once processed. This is due to the costs we incur with third-party providers. However, you will retain ownership of the domain name for the remainder of the registration period, even if you cancel other services.
3. Cancellation Process
To initiate a refund, you must submit a formal cancellation request through our customer support portal. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after your request has been reviewed and approved. Please ensure you provide a clear reason for your cancellation to help us improve our services.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Additionally, accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the policy has been abused or if fraudulent activities are detected.
5. Third-Party Services
If your hosting package includes third-party services, such as software or apps, these may have their own refund policies. We are not responsible for refunding any fees associated with third-party services, and you must contact the respective providers for any issues regarding their refund procedures.
Products purchased from SmartHost may be refunded only if canceled within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
Note: Due to their nature, cryptocurrencies, tokens and digital assets are generally irreversible and their exchange rates are highly volatile and transitory. We can not be responsible for any risk including but not limited to exchange rate risk and market risk. Products purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens or digital assets will not be refunded.
Note: If a refund back to the original payment method is not possible, a refund to your InHostbilling balance can be offered as an alternative.
“Date of the transaction,” for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by InHostbilling in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (Terms of Use & Service). You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product, if available at all. Note: Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products:
